On the buy side, she helped us negotiate the best purchase price and helped us navigate the process with not-so-easy to work with counterparties. All the inspectors she recommended were great and gave us a lot of helpful information during the inspection process. She gave a lot of helpful advice given her years of experience, but at the same time, was not pushy and advocated for us based on our needs and desires.

We met Angela randomly at an open house where she was presenting. We have met many other agents this way, but she was the only one we've met in L.A. that highly impressed us from just this meeting. We told her initially that we weren't quite ready to get into the buying market yet, and we were just putting feelers out. We asked what seemed to be a couple of inconsequential questions regarding the property she was showing. Within a couple of hours, she had remembered, called us back, and provided the answers. I guarantee that 95% of other Realtors® out there wouldn't have even bothered calling back to answer these minor questions to a couple who were on the fence as to whether or not they'd be buying in the near future. When we did finally decide to move ahead with a home purchase and home sale a month later, we contacted Angela to interview her. She came to our house very prepared with comps and a strategy to sell our current home. We were impressed with her attention to detail and her knowledge of multiple areas of the city. Based on the interview, we selected Angela to help us buy our new home and sell our existing home.

My husband and I met Angela while attending an open house in West LA. She was immediately helpful, offering us similar comps in the area and dinner recommendations in the neighborhood since we weren’t very familiar with the neighborhood. We had met a few agents previously at other open houses but hadn’t chosen one to work with yet, and got a great vibe from Angela. She graciously put up with our request to ‘interview’ her along with other agents in order to make a decision on who to represent us. Once we went into escrow on a house, she clearly outlined every step and got our paperwork organized, lined up the vendors we needed, and even helped to mediate problems that were outside of her responsibility, like with our mortgage lender and some post-closing repairs.
