We met Angela at an open house and spoke briefly about being first-time home buyers and feeling a bit in over our heads. She offered to meet us for coffee the following weekend to discuss the process from start to finish. She began to set up open houses for us to attend and did a very good job of noting what we did and did not like about locations to continue to refine her search. When we found our perfect home she was very knowledgeable about the offer we would need to stay in contention. She helped us negotiate and close on the home, has continued to follow up, and has exceeded our expectations from the time we met her until well after we closed.

Angela was my real estate agent when I bought my first house in the LA area in 2017 Summer. Angela was a terrific real estate agent to work with; very knowledgeable and helpful. She definitely showed professionalism in real estate and many areas in the offer, escrow, and closing. Buying a home for the first time is awfully scary. Luckily, I met Angela who helped me through the entire process as my real estate agent and friend. I was referred to Angela by my friend. I was relocating back to Los Angeles from Seattle and was looking for a good deal. Angela was able to get this property for me when there were other buyers wanting to bid on the property. She was able to negotiate the best terms. Can't recommend Angela enough. We had heard about her through a friend who worked with her on multiple properties and spoke very highly. When we reached out to her we already had a house in mind and an offer needed to be made quickly. She was able to set us up with a great lender and make an offer happen in less than a week, which was no small feat! She shared a lot of great insight on making the right counteroffer and how to negotiate wisely. Throughout the entire process, she was communicative, thorough, and totally on top of things, even going as far as to fix oversights made by the seller's agent.
